This was the first Easter that the Easter Bunny came to visit Avery!! She was so excited! We were staying at Nana and Papa's house when he arrived and Avery woke up around 7:00 am and discovered a trail of Easter eggs from her room to her basket. She had so much fun picking up the eggs and of course eating candy at 7am!! We went to church with Nana and Papa and Avery had a blast in the nursery...she even showed her belly button to everyone there. My sister and her family came over for lunch along with Amma and we had a big Easter egg hunt in Nana's backyard....93 eggs to be exact! Piper found the one and only "special" egg filled with chocolate and a dollar bill...courtesy of uncle Brian.. and was so kind to share her candy with everyone. We had such a good time visiting with everyone and I have to say that my child doesn't want to eat anything but jelly beans and robin eggs since Easter morning....totally my fault:) Here is a slideshow showing our fun Easter! All I have to say is......"no wonder she doesn't eat any vegetables with all the sweets you give her!" LOL Just Kidding! We miss you AVery! Oh, yeah, you too Julie and Brian.
